Description (partial)

Symptom:
Unable to import common device configuration

Conditions:
Go to ccmadmin - Device - Device settings - Common device configuration - Find - add new - create device configuration with softkey template.
Export it from BAT and import in same or other CUCM. 
In job scheduler page it shows " NULL (Record Number 1) NULL is not an existing fkmlppdomain
NULL (Record Number 2) NULL is not an existing fkmlppdomain"

Have attached tar file and snapshot. Kindly look into it.
