Description (partial)

After increasing the logging level to 7 for nbm, and then when creating a new SVI, the device has been always stuck in rebooting infinitely. At this time, CPU stands 100% usage.

(config)# logging level nbm 7
(config)# vlan 222
(config)# interface vlan 222     <<< adding a new SVI
=> then device starts to reboot
