Description (partial)

Symptom:
1810W not giving IPs to cell phones using WPA/TKIP but does give out IPs to computers.
WLC running 8.2.166.0 or 8.5.120.0, 1810W

Conditions:
1810W being used off site will not give out IPs to smartphones but will give out to computers.
SSID has WPA/TKIP/AES and WPA2/AES
