Last Modified

Products (1)

  • Cisco Unified Contact Center Express

Known Affected Releases

10.6(1)SU3

Description (partial)

Symptom:
Main purpose of upgrading UCCX 10.6(SU3), would be for UCCX to Support TLS 1.2 as default.

Although we are defaulting TLS 1.2 for 10.6 su3, UCCX still does not advertise SHA 256 Cipher Suites.

Which leads into SSLHandshake when Scripts are configured to execute API's.

{API_Response, java.lang.String, javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: Received fatal alert: handshake_failure}

Conditions:
UCCX Functions as a Client version 10.6(SU3).... ONLY Newer versions already SHA256 in combination with TLS 1.2

When the UCCX functions as a client, it requests a third party server to invoke a service or obtains information
