Description (partial)

Symptom:
After joining the call, when maximize the self-view screen from CMA WebRTC user is unable to click and change the settings option. Whereas when it is minimized state settings option is enabled

Conditions:
CMS: 2.4 Alpha 2
Chrome: 64.0.3282.167
