Description (partial)

Symptom:
After Upgrading a cluster to 2.2.1.35, the windows software agents cannot be manually upgraded. If you manually re-installed the software agent on the windows server, a question mark will appear next to the agent in the cluster UI with the following message: "Version does not match configuration: 2.1.1.31.win64-sensor". After some time, the cluster will automatically downgrade the software agent to version 2.1.1.31.

Conditions:
After upgrading the cluster to version 2.2.1.35, affected software agents are MSServer2016Standard
