Symptom:
Need to add the following alert to the Jabber Alarms in our APNS Doc:

Description: An iOS Jabber client get the following message: Unread messages might be deleted from server due to timeout.  Please sign in Jabber to check unread messages.

Severity: ALERT_ALARM

Conditions:
-Jabber for iPhone running in the background
-User did not sign out of Jabber for iPhone before closing the application.
