Description (partial)

Symptom:
Server was extremely slow causing web application logins to timeout. The server didn't self recover over 2 days+ and the application had to be restarted to rectify the issue. This was due to Full GCs being continuously triggered in the JVM due to excessive memory usage. The slowdown started after a compliance audit operation was triggered for 80 policies over 5000 devices.

Conditions:
The recommended and validated maximum policy count is 30 system + 5 user defined policies in a single profile for 5000 devices. In the tested scenario, the policy count was away beyond the recommended limit.
