Symptom:
Power Redundancy mode n+n is not keeping the standby power supplies in active mode after user intervention in alarm state.

Conditions:
++ Power Redundancy n+n configured: 'power redundancy-mode redundant n+n # #'
++ User intervention in alarm state (after the standby power supplies correctly kicked in)
++ Problem is only seen after the user has already intervened with the failure and started recovering power supplies.
