Description (partial)

Symptom:
After having completed a call transaction in the Cisco Unified Attendant Console, the directory search results currently remain as they were when the last search took place. This requires the user to actively click into the search box to begin a new search. By requiring the user to click and highlight or click the X in the search box to begin a new search just adds unnecessary steps to the process.

This adds additional time to the action which can be eliminated by having the focus of the cursor actively select the directory search text box.

Conditions:
Cisco Unified Attendant Console user does a directory search in the search text box. In order to do an additional search, the previously search text needs to be highlighted or the x to remove it.
