Symptom:
Sometimes phone will jump out of the Accessory Unsupported menu when plugged cisco headset 531/532

Conditions:

phone type: CP-8861-3PCC
phone load: sip88xx.11-1-2MPP-276dev.loads
register server:broadsoft

Reproduction Steps:
===============
1. Connect one KEM  to the phone and make sure the phone version support cisco headset 531/532
2. Remove the KEM from the phone 
3. Continuously plug and unplug the cisco headset 531/532 from USB port

Result:
======
After step 3,check the phone will jump out of the Accessory Unsupported menu

Expect
======
Phone should not jump out of the Accessory Unsupported menu if the supported cisco headset 531/532 headset plugged in
