Symptom:
Attempting to login to ISE CLI with a username account that does exist local to the node but unable to login due to error message "% Error: Unable to launch ADE-OS shell. Disk full."

Conditions:
Applicable only to when there is no disk full issue present and able to login via CLI with a different username account.
