Description (partial)

After the cluster master switcover:

1. PIM group-to-RP mappings on multicast-enabled devices are timing out and eventually are removed from the mapping table.
2. Multicast PIM Auto-RP packets are silently dropped on the new cluster master. 
Packets to and addresses arrive on the ingress interface but do not leave the firewall via the egress interface.
3. Mutlicast-enabled device do to receive multicast data plane traffic.

- Mutlicast routing is enabled on the firewall.
- PIM Auto-RP is used to propagate multicast control plane traffic.
- Cluster master switched over.
