Known Affected Releases

12.0(1)

Description (partial)

Symptom:
Release 12.0(1) supports TLS 1.2 for
· HTTPS TLS 1.2 support for Attendant Admin
· AXL communication with Unified Communications Manager is on TLS 1.2 ? Cisco Unified Attendant Console Advanced acts as a TLS client
· XMPP communication with IM&P is on TLS 1.2 ? Cisco Unified Attendant Console Advanced acts as a TLS client
· TAPI communication with Unified Communication Manager CTI Manager ? Supported via Cisco TAPI (Cisco Unified Attendant Console Advanced installs/leverages the plugin as part of its deployment)

SQL Server (locally installed on the Cisco Unified Attendant Console Advanced server) currently requires TLS 1.0 (internally) for password encryption. As a result, TLS 1.0 and 1.2 must be enabled on the Cisco Unified Attendant Console Advanced server and client machines.

This request is to remove the requirement from SQL server, so that TLS 1.0 and 1.1 can be fully disabled on the Cisco Unified Attendant Console Advanced server and client.
