Known Affected Releases
Symptom: After configuring a DLP policy to scan for 'Network Diagrams, files with the specified attachments to be scanned containing IP addresses do not trigger DLP violations. The relevant attachment types are: vdx, vsd, vsdx, vsw. These file extensions are associated with Microsoft Visio files. Conditions: - DLP policy 'Network Diagrams' is enabled. - The default extensions for Visio are left intact: vdx, vsd, vsdx, vsw - The DLP policy is enabled on the outgoing mail policy(s) - Visio document attachments containing IP addresses are sent through the policy
