Description (partial)

After removing l2vpn evpn address family and adding it back in BGP, the EVIs are not recognized in BGP preventing any learning of routes. This issue is seen with a scale configuration.

This issue happens when we have scaled EVI configuration (more than 200) in CAT9K setup with total 10K MAC and 10K MAC+IP remote routes in BGP.
