Description (partial)

Symptom:
After removing l2vpn evpn address family and adding it back in BGP, the EVIs are not recognized in BGP preventing any learning of routes. This issue is seen with a scale configuration.

Conditions:
This issue happens when we have scaled EVI configuration (more than 200) in CAT9K setup with total 10K MAC and 10K MAC+IP remote routes in BGP.
