Description (partial)

Standby RP crashes due to shortage of memory.

IOS-XE device running with dual RPs.  The memory usage increases each time an interface is created that is part of an ospf area.  This includes, but not limited to, loopbacks and virtual-access interfaces.
The high memory usgae only happens on standby RP.

Not applicable for single RP devices.
