Description (partial)

Symptom:
Please add a note that, 

ESXI installation supported only on SD card for both compute and converged nodes. Installing ESXi on USB Flash or Front SSD or front HDDs will delete the Controller VM during reboot. 

Need to add a note in Installation guide under below chapters

Conditions:
Controller VM will be deleted if we install ESXi on USB flash and front SSDs
