Cisco Bug: CSCvi64775 - TMS RealTimeService (RIS) query to CUCM not optimal

Symptom: If a customer has several hundred devices or more, it is possible that TMS will not receive the correct status from CUCM on the managed devices if during the RealTimeService query from TMS, CUCM pub queries a node first where the devices were once registered, but are now un-registered. TMS asks for a maximum of 1000 devices, which is a limitation of RIS, but of 1000 devices were registered to node #1, then moved to node #2 for any reason, and CUCM asks Node #1 first for RealtimeService info, the response to TMS will only be for those 1000 unregistered devices, and never include info on the devices on Node #2. RIS DB on each node retains system information, and will show the device as unregistered if it is not registered there any longer. If TMS were to change its query to CUCM for Status "Registered" rather than Status "Any", it will get the correct information. For anything that is not returned, TMS can flag as "Not Registered with CUCM" Conditions: Customer moves a large amount of devices from one CUCM node to another CUCM node, and CUCM pub queries the original node first for device status for the realtimeservice query. TMS will show the devices as Not Registered with CUCM" if this happens, but the devices are in fact registered to a different Node.
