Description (partial)

Symptom:
On a nexus 5600 series switch, when the source interface of the monitor session is a port-channel, member ports may go to error-disabled state upon switch reload

Conditions:
Switch reload with span source-interface as port-channel may cause the issue when the system vlan scale is 500. Below error will be observed when the issue is seen.
