Symptom:
Cisco Unified ICM ACD Supplement for Avaya Communication Manager located at https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/cust_contact/contact_center/icm_enterprise/acd_supplements/ucce_b_cisco-unified-icm-acd-supplement-11_5/ucce_b_cisco-unified-icm-acd-supplement-11_5_chapter_010.html#topic_73A9945048BBA24598C27F74B756CFF2 incorrectly mentions the Registry Values under Active Association Limit. 

Set the Registries for MDS "bufferlimit" to 16,000 (decimal) in the following paths:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\GeoTel\ICR\<cus01>\<PG1A>\MDS\CurrentVersion\Clients\pim1
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\GeoTel\ICR\<cus01>\<PG1A>\MDS\CurrentVersion\Clients\opc
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\GeoTel\ICR\<cus01>\<PG1A>\MDS\CurrentVersion\Clients\pgag
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\GeoTel\ICR\<cus01>\<PG1A>\MDS\CurrentVersion\Process

These registry keys are NOT applicable and hence should not be considered.
