Description (partial)

An end user can to go into the Self-service portal, access the Voicemail menu, and configure Caller Input settings.

A provider admin or a reseller admin logged into the administrator portal, cannot configure a subscriber's Voicemail Caller Input settings. 

CUCDM to allow provider admins and reseller admins to perform this configuration and control the voicemail input settings configurable by the user.
