Symptom:
IDC gets stuck in redirect URL image and unable to do spark chat

Conditions:
5.0.3 FCS build: Endpoints used are Android CIC 5.0.3 B39, iOS CIC 5.0.3 Build 5, R-IDC

1.	In server's admin options, Enable Spark Integration
2.	Configure Spark details and Spark IDs for all users
3.	Create a new channel and associate all users to this spark channel
4.	Login from 2 Android CICs, 2 iOS CICs and R-IDC , join spark channel and navigate to spark chat room screen 
5.	It will prompt to login to Spark with user ID and Password

IDC gets stuck in redirect URL  image screen and fails to load spark chat room to exchange messages.
