Description (partial)

A non-seamless splice is executed at the splice back to main resulting in artifacts at the output and a missing GOP.

Splicing is enabled on the output of the vDCM and ad insertion is enabled together with the flag to splice in a Statmux pool. The splice back from insertion to main is executed while the HRD or VBV buffer levels of the insertion stream and main stream are very close to each other.
