Description (partial)

Every time the FIPPA agent makes an outbound call (to an extension or a UCCX trigger for example), as soon as the call connects the call variable screen of FIPPA pops interrupting phone use and the agent cannot press any input on the phone since it is on the call variable screen. This becomes an issue when the agent needs to press options for a menu or when they need to dial numbers while on a call

Steps to reproduce 

1. FIPPA is logged in, agent is in not ready state.
2. Handset is picked up and phone number for an AA (default script of UCCX) is dialed.
3. Call connects to AA, seconds later the FIPPA call variable screen pops.
4. Agent cannot enter digits to navigate the AA menu.
