Description (partial)

Tested in LAB with PCP 12.4 and CME 10.5.Add CME in PCP > Create a domain and then a sync rule for all users. Started infra sync  > user sync also did domain sync however users in CME did not get imported to PCP.

In PCP 12.4 when you add CME 10.5, user which CU is expecting to be synced in CME is in the configuration as mentioned below.

PCP should sync user 1112 but it does not.
