Symptom: One extra flap in remote end (Remote end link status will come up, down and up), when committing no shut configuration on the local end. Conditions: The issue happens only with CVR-QSFP-SFP-10G adapter + SFP-1G optics present in the port. When bringing up the link by configuring no-shut interface command on both local and remote, remote end link flaps.
