Description (partial)

Symptom:
You may see the following alert generated by the ESA:

LDAP: query DNS result DNS Soft Error looking up ldap.server.ex(A) while asking Internal Resolver. Error was: Request timed out.

Conditions:
If the LDAP servers are configured with hostnames and the LDAP server resets two or more connections to the ESA at once, the ESA will query the DNS server twice or more for the LDAP server's A record. The DNS server will respond to only one of the A record queries which will cause the ESA to generate the alert
