Description (partial)

Symptom:
Outbound caller ID number does not match what's defined on the "Outbound Caller ID" page or is delivered as a subset of the DID.

Conditions:
BE4000 where the "Provider Send Digit"  field is set a value that's shorter than the full DID. This is typically seen with ISDN PRI circuits where the provider sends a subset of the DID for inbound calls.
