Cisco Bug: CSCvi58506 - BE4000: Truncated caller ID number sent on outbound calls
Mar 22, 2018
- Cisco Business Edition 4000
Known Affected Releases
Symptom: Outbound caller ID number does not match what's defined on the "Outbound Caller ID" page or is delivered as a subset of the DID. Conditions: BE4000 where the "Provider Send Digit" field is set a value that's shorter than the full DID. This is typically seen with ISDN PRI circuits where the provider sends a subset of the DID for inbound calls.
