Description (partial)

Symptom:
The SocialMiner email_timeout parameter is by default 2 minutes. In some cases where there is network latency or large attachment size, it may take more than 2 minutes for an email server to provide SocialMiner the email after it has been requested. To resolve this issue, the email_timeout parameter should be exposed on the SocialMiner web page so that it may be a configurable parameter.

Conditions:
Finesse client logs show the following error when the email fetch fails due to a timeout:

MultiSessionGadget :  EmailRT scId [Social_Contact_ID] :: Operation: get_email Error: email_timeout processing email with subject 'Email_Subject' from Customer_Email
