Description (partial)

Files above /local/ folders are not included in sysreport. 
Ez driver related errorlogs are available in that directory and can only be accessed via debugshell

Accessibility for directories above root needs debugshell access which usually CU doesn't have. 
Rather than collecting manually during MW, added the folder path and files to be included in sysreport
