Symptom:
2018 Mar 20 21:14:52.463 NYHAU01-CM1LS-15A %SYSMGR-2-CFGWRITE_ABORTED_CONFELEMENT_RETRIES: Copy R S failed as config-failure retries are ongoing. Type "show nxapi retries" for checking the ongoing retries.
2018 Mar 20 21:14:53.795 NYHAU01-CM1LS-15A %SYSMGR-2-CFGWRITE_ABORTED: Configuration copy aborted.
2018 Mar 20 21:14:54.167 NYHAU01-CM1LS-15A %SYSMGR-3-CFGWRITE_FAILED: Configuration copy failed (error-id 0x401E0000).

While Tetration agent on the hardware sensor [standalone NX-OS Nexus 9000 switch] is configuring MOs in the background.
