Description (partial)

Symptom:
When running 'ethanalyzer local interface inband fc...' command the outbound FCoE traffic is no stripped of an 18-byte internal header. Wireshark fails to decode it properly and shows the frame as:

SlimDevi_00:03:00	00:00:00_00:44:2a	0x0000	194	Ethernet II

Conditions:
Issue 'ethanalyzer local interface inband fc...' command to capture FIP and FCoE traffic on the N7K.
