Description (partial)

Symptom:
When using the filter in the job definition screen a user is able to put non integer values in the job ID field.  This results in a constant popup with the error exception:java.lang.reflect.InvocationTargetException

Conditions:
Steps to reproduce:
1.  Open cone filter in job definition screen
2.  In Job ID put a non integer value (job name is how the mistake was made)
3.  click OK.
4.  Log out
5.  Log in and get a constant popup making the web client unusable for this user
