Symptom:
ASR9K NP Lockup on sending line rate traffic with QoS enabled

Conditions:
Enable IPv6 QoS on interfaces in the following LCs and send 100% line rate traffic at smaller frame size (64-128) bytes packet size so that NP receives traffic at near 200G from the link.

The traffic type could be of any type.
