Description (partial)

Symptom:
Observed pppoe_ma process crash in BNG node with 6.3.2.34I release. The node consists of 30K DS PPPoE subs, 30K DS DHCP subs, 4K Authfail subs, 8K subscribers churn, snpmwalk and CoA query.

Conditions:
During normal operations on a loaded device. 

Trigger that during session churn, some iedge/ppp related structures may not be released properly causing pppoe_ma process to hang and require a manual restart, or a crash

Impact is that sessions on the box may not be able to establish until a manual restart of the process.
