Description (partial)

Symptom:
Linux Tetration agents fails, the fetch_sensor_id.log has the following message:

cp /tmp/tmp.xxXXxxXX /usr/local/tet/sensor_id
cp: cannot stat '/tmp/tmp.xxXXxxXX': No such file or directory

[tmp/tmp.xxXXxxXX --   xxXXxxXX is variable and changes with each install]

Conditions:
Occurs on Linux nodes when /tmp is not world-writable.
