Description (partial)

Symptom:
No audio on both sides when jabber for android is used with "android for work"

Conditions:
This issue occurs when the jabber client is used with android for work and VPN tunnel is connected.

Cisco Jabber client is not installed as an android for work app, it is not suppose to use the VPN tunnel

Jabber for android is installed within the private space, it is suppose to connect via MRA through internet

It works fine in jabber for 11.8.x version and in jabber 11.9.x version jabber discovers the VPN tunnel

Jabber 11.9.X it discovers the VPN tunnel, leading to setVpnConnected true while jabber 11.8.x version ignoring the VPN connection, leading to setVpnConnected false

Audio works fine when VPN connection is disconnected
