Description (partial)

Symptom:
Rule messages can, in rare conditions, be missing from syslog alerts.

Conditions:
If an intrusion event fires multiple times and is processed at the same time by different threads on the FMC, and the FMC does not have the rule message in its in-memory cache, threads beyond the first can try to store the rule message in the cache and fail because another thread stored it.

Subsequent occurrences of the event will not be affected as long as the rule message is in the cache.
