Description (partial)

The user deletes the configuration of one slice, either from EPNM or CLI.
After deletion, if the user navigates to Configuration / Controllers / Ethernet and refreshes the table, all entries are deleted.

The problem can be fixed by executing a manual synchronization of the device.

1. Access CEPNM as Root or Config manager user
2. Navigate to Inventory / Network Devices
3. Select the NCS1001 device
4. Navigate to Configuration / Slice Configuration
5. Select one slice and delete it
6. Wait for reactive inventory to complete
7. Navigate to Configuration / Controllers / Ethernet
8. Select the table Refresh icon
9. Verify all Ethernet controllers are removed from the table
