Symptom: Not able to set Call Forward All to a DN as per the CSS under Call-forward settings of the line configuration page. Call Forward All works for a DN even with NONE CSS under the Call-forward settings of the line configuration page. Conditions: Call forward activated for a DN with "Calling Search Space Activation Policy" is set as "With Configured CSS" on an endpoint which does not support for KPML.
