Description (partial)

Launching Cisco Meeting App version 1.9 for Desktop from a web link provided by Meeting Server version 2.3, 2.3.1, or 2.3.2 does not work properly. The client is launched, but asks user to sign-in, instead of allowing them to join the meeting as a guest.
