Description (partial)

Symptom:
Unexpected restart of CMS service of the WAAS Central manager. Syslog records "CMS Service did not reply even after retry. Health check failed." Service is restarted with related symptoms like devices reported "Pending".

Conditions:
Insufficient host resources configured for virtual CM platform.
