Symptom: CUCM IP address is not displayed when trying to setup your CE device Conditions: CUCM IP address is not displayed when trying to setup your CE device. You would just see this in the display - "Cisco UCM, A Cisco UCM service at <IP address> is available in your network. Continuing will activate this device to that service".
