Description (partial)

Symptom:
A router crashes due to a non-zero refcount error, TAC needs to analyze the affected block and determine if AAA used it and corrupt it.

Conditions:
Multiple AAA servers need to be configured:

The device needs to reload and the issue occurs at boot up.
