Symptom: The fetchaudio media file is not getting cleared from the PromptPlayer. Conditions: * The fetchaudiotimeout is 10s and fetchaudio wav file is ticktok.wav (+silence.wav). * Before the fetchaudio node we have audio nodes which play various wav files (they get queued in the PromptPlayer) to force timeout. * After the timeout VVB submits back to vxmlserver and then the subdialog returns to ICM correctly (CALL_RESULT). * But when the ICM wants to play PM next (music.wav), VVB still has ticktok.wav in PromptPlayer and tries to play it.
