Description (partial)

Symptom:
ospfv2 may crash when ospf adjacency churn happens

Conditions:
For this crash to hit, TI-LFA needs to be enabled under ospf and ospf neighbors flap/churn on interfaces which are being used as backup paths by ospf. This is a very corner case scenario and highly dependent on timing of adjacency flap events with respect to LFA calculations in ospf .
