Symptom:
When an email is received with a space in From header inside angle brackets, DMARC verification is skipped with following error:
DMARC: Verification skipped (Sending domain could not be determined)

Conditions:
DMARC verification is enabled on ESA.
An email is sent with a space in From header inside angle brackets.
