Description (partial)

Symptom:
- Primary CMX failed over to secondary, and then secondary faced same issue around two weeks later, and customer had to recover this CMX deployment rebooting the two boxes.
- Failover reason was the same in both boxes: Redis check get writeable failed on port: 6383
cmxha.verify.RedisChecker[log_failure()]:110 - ERROR - Redis check get writeable failed for: IP_ADDRESS on port: 6383 : 0  
cmxha.verify.MasterHostChecker[notify()]:29 - ERROR - Redis check failed for master. Attempt to restart redis

Conditions:
- CMX HA pair running 10.4.1-2 (Appliances AIR-MSE-3365-K9)
- CMX pair used for location purposes, but simply for sending two specific Northbound notifications: Location Update and Association.
