Description (partial)

++ When 88XX phones enabled for automatic recording, you will notice that first few seconds of audio is missing in the recording server.
++ The phone have to establish 4 media streams, 2 for regular call, and 2 for recording server.
++ When the call is established for the recording server, and media starts streaming to recording server, time is elapsing for a second or two, and the media before streams are established are not streamed to the recording server, which causes this issue.
++ In simple, recording call media is established after a sec or two, from the original media, which causes this issue.

++ Automatic recording enabled.


++ Fix for this BUG, will only fix delayed offer scenario, early offer is still not addressed by this defect.
